Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is an "Authorization Form"?

Authorization Form gives us the necessary permission to start repairs on your vehicle and it allows us to speak to adjustors on your vehicle for any supplemental request.

  • What if I can't come in to sign the authorization form?

We'll gladly send it over email, allowing you to electronically sign the necessary paperwork. We will also present you a hard-copy, should you require it.

  • What is a "Direction To Pay"?

Direction To Pay  allows the insurance company to pay us directly, so you don't have to worry about when you should pay.

  • What is an "Auto Release Form"?

Auto Release Form is the document you sign once you are ready to pick-up your vehicle after the repairs have been complete and payments have been paid in full.

  • Can I leave in the middle of my estimate?

Yes, as long as you have another vehicle to leave with. Should you not have the option to do so, we have an entertainment center where you can watch movies or play videogames while you wait to receive your estimate. If the entertainment center doesn't interest you, we have a QR code you can scan to connect to our wifi and browse the internet.

  • Can you deliver my vehicle when the repairs are complete?

We will be more than happy to deliver your vehicle within a 15 mile radius of the current shop. Please let us know in advance if you need it anywhere beyond our 15 mile radius.

  • How long will the repairs take?

Door dings and smaller damages can be usually repaired on the same day, whereas hail claims can take from 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on the severity.
