  • Can I drop off my vehicle on the weekends?

    Yes. Make sure to contact us to let us know the date and time of when you will be dropping off on the weekend.

  • Can I leave in the middle of my estimate?

    Yes, as long as you have another vehicle to leave with. Should you not have the option to do so, we have an entertainment center where you can watch movies or play videogames while you wait to receive your estimate. If the entertainment center doesn't interest you, we have a QR code you can scan to connect to our wifi and browse the internet.

  • Can you deliver my vehicle when the repairs are complete?

    We will be more than happy to deliver your vehicle within a 15 mile radius of the current shop. Please let us know in advance if you need it anywhere beyond our 15 mile radius. 

  • Can you repair older vehicles?

    Absolutely. 

  • Do you accept all insurance carriers?

    We accept all insurance carriers, including minor or "digital" insurance.

  • Do you use suction cups like the advertisements shown on TV?

    No. Using tools like "Pop-A-Dent" will only further damage your vehicle. The tool might cost you $20, but the damage it can creat might increase your estimate from hundreds to thousands.

  • How big of a dent can you fix?

    We can fix all sized dents, but there are a couple factors to consider:

    • How much the metal has been stretched
    • If the damage is accessible
    • If the paint has cracked
  • How do you accept payments?

    We accept different forms of payments:

    • All credit cards, excluding Discover
    • Cashier or traveler's checks
    • Insurance 
    • Cash
  • How long will the repairs take?

    Door dings and smaller damages can be usually repaired on the same day, whereas hail claims can take from 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on the severity. 

  • How much is my deductible?

    Please contact your insurance provider or insurance agent to you further information about your deductible.

  • How much does it cost to get an estimate?

    We offer free estimates for any client looking to get repairs done.

  • How much does it cost to get hail damage repaired?

    The cost for hail damage repairs heavily depend on the damage, which is why getting a thorough estimate will be in your best interest so you can see a fairly accurate reflection of how much it's going to be. Please keep in mind that any repairs done through an insurance company will typically cost you zero out of pocket with deductible assistance .

  • I'm going on vacation, can my vehicle stay there while I'm gone?

    Yes. Please let us know beforehand so we can process storage fees with your insurance company and get you approved.

  • What are my options without a rental car coverage?

    We will gladly give you a ride home, at no cost, after you've dropped off your vehicle for repairs.


    Any existing client that's a part of our Triple R Program can redeem their points for a rental car; this varies depending on how much they already have.

  • What if the damages are less than my deductible?

    It would be cost-effective to pay for the repairs out of pocket, while taking advantage of our Triple R Program.

  • What if I can't come in to sign the authorization form?

    We'll gladly send it over email, allowing you to electronically sign the necessary paperwork. We will also present you a hard-copy, should you require it.

  • What is a "Direction To Pay"?

    Direction To Pay  allows the insurance company to pay us directly, so you don't have to worry about when you should pay. 

  • What is an "Auto Release Form"?

    Auto Release Form is the document you sign once you are ready to pick-up your vehicle after the repairs have been complete and payments have been paid in full.

  • What is an "Authorization Form"?

    Authorization Form gives us the necessary permission to start repairs on your vehicle and it allows us to speak to adjustors on your vehicle for any supplemental request.

  • When do I pay?

    Repairs through insurance imply that your insurance will take care of payment so we'll let you know when your vehicle is ready for pick-up.


    If you're paying out of pocket, payments are made during pick-up.

  • Will the sun take my dents out?

    No. The temperature necessary to even remove very small dents will burn or blister the paint.

  • Why does my vehicle need a quarter tank of gas when I bring it in?

    A quarter tank of gas allows us to move your vehicle around the facilities during the repair process.

  • Why do I need to remove my personal belongings?

    Your vehicle will likely go through numerous stages of repairs, during which, we might need to e nter and exit your vehicle. We also can not be responsible for any personal belongings that might get lost/broken/wet/etc in the process.
